Head of Private Customer Services

About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Head of Private Customer Services to drive the next growth phase of its most important business area. You will shape strategy, manage the service portfolio and pricing, and create new growth opportunities that directly impact customer value, profitability and market position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the portfolio strategy, develop new services and business models, and identify growth opportunities.
• Own portfolio growth and profitability, lead pricing, value‑proposition design and business planning.
• Lead critical IT initiatives, digitalisation and automation to bring services to the next digital level.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, create new collaboration models and lead key negotiations.
• Lead a team of business managers, set clear direction, develop competencies and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate long‑term vision into measurable results.
• Strong business and financial analysis skills, capable of building business cases and assessing investment impact.
• Proven experience in managing a service or product portfolio, including pricing and market assessment.
• Data‑driven decision making, comfortable interpreting market and customer data.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, able to spot opportunities and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Interest in technology and innovation, thriving in a fast‑changing, competitive environment.
