Hospital Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Hospital Sales Specialist to drive commercial success of a breakthrough therapy portfolio across Europe. The role will focus on hospital environments, understanding treatment pathways, formulary processes and key decision‑making networks to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned European territory, building high‑value interactions with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed territory business plans aligned with budget and timelines to meet national and regional goals.
• Leverage insights and data analytics to optimise targeting, segmentation and resource allocation.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically robust engagements using both in‑person and virtual channels.
• Present clinical, health‑economic and value‑based data to formulary committees and clinical teams.
• Provide educational support on safe and effective product use.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen advocacy.
• Utilise Veeva CRM and associated digital tools for planning and hybrid engagement.

Required profile

• Proven success promoting multiple/complex products within hospital and secondary‑care settings.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills tailored to complex hospital environments.
• Excellent analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared business goals.
• Motivated, accountable and results‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
