HR / People & Culture Manager – Manufacturing Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR / People & Culture Manager to lead the people function at an international manufacturing site in Estonia. You will partner with site leadership to shape organisational development, talent strategies, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full People & Culture function for the local manufacturing site.
• Partner with site leadership on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and employee relations.
• Build, develop and mentor the local HR team.
• Design, standardise and continuously improve HR policies, processes and practices.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, HR administration and compliance with local employment legislation.
• Monitor key HR metrics and use data to support business decisions.
• Support organisational change, ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global People & Culture teams to implement corporate programmes locally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• HR Business Partner background with a track record of partnering with business leaders.
• Experience working within an international matrix organisation.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to build, structure and elevate people processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a practical, execution‑oriented approach.
