HRM Consultant – Lithuanian Payroll Specialist

About the role

Digmatix Estonia is looking for an HRM Consultant with strong Lithuanian payroll expertise to join its growing team. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and product specialists to implement and enhance the HRM4Baltics solution, a modern HR and payroll platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Lithuanian clients on the implementation and development of HRM4Baltics.
• Analyse existing HR and payroll processes and propose modernisation strategies.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality to meet client requirements.
• Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support throughout digital transformation.
• Contribute to the development of new HRM4Baltics features and services.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and product teams across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Lithuanian payroll and/or accounting.
• Strong interest in digital HR and payroll solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to improve HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Tallinn for training and collaboration.
