Implementation Manager

About the role

CITIC Telecom is looking for an Implementation Manager who will plan, coordinate and deliver product and service implementations for its customers. The role acts as the single point of contact for installations and technical appointments, works closely with NOC and IP engineers, and keeps project records and reporting accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, complete order intake documentation and secure all approvals before starting implementation.
• Coordinate the full implementation and delivery of products and services so that projects meet contractual terms, stay within budget and are delivered on time.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers on installations and technical appointments, managing communications and resolving escalations.
• Manage purchasing and delivery of equipment and services, keeping supplier relationships and onboarding new vendors.
• Oversee project execution and changes with NOC and IP engineers, analysing and mitigating project risks.
• Coordinate service testing after delivery and ensure a formal handover to Finance, Customer Service and NOC teams.
• Maintain accurate project records in internal systems (LPD, REQ, Share Drive) and archive documentation according to CITIC standards.
• Prepare timely project reports, sustain project KPIs and support the timely payment of implemented services.
• Provide administrative pre-sales and post-sales support for all CITIC Telecom CPC products and keep up to date on company services and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to IT or telecommunications.
• 3 years of experience as a project manager in the telecom/IT industry.
• Experience implementing projects in an IT or telecommunication company.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience in cloud implementation or migration projects.
• Good understanding of ICT/telecommunications products and services.
• Native Estonian and fluent English; Russian preferred.
