Independent Business Partner – Estonia

About the role

Leica Sport Optics is looking for an independent business partner to become its local commercial representative in Estonia. The role focuses on promoting and selling premium optical products for hunting, shooting and outdoor applications, and building a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Leica Sport Optics sales across Estonia by acquiring new dealers and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify, approach and onboard new retail partners in the hunting, shooting and outdoor sectors.
• Present product ranges, new launches and technologies to dealers and end‑customers.
• Generate sales opportunities, follow up on quotations and manage customer leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform growth strategies.
• Visit key dealers regularly, provide product training and ensure premium brand positioning.
• Support dealers with demonstrations, improve product visibility in stores and assist with event participation.
• Build relationships with hunting organisations, shooting clubs, professional hunters and opinion leaders.
• Provide market feedback to Leica and support local product launches and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Estonia, preferably within hunting, shooting, outdoor or optics retail.
• Established relationships with relevant retailers and a deep understanding of the Estonian hunting and shooting market.
• Genuine interest in hunting and/or shooting activities.
• Experience selling premium‑priced products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
