Java Developer – Finance & Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our Finance & Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering high‑quality software solutions and enjoys collaborating in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and modernize robust Java applications and components.
• Design, build and maintain micro‑services‑based architectures that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, testing and deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Java Developer (Java 11+).
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and experience with Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of micro‑services architecture and design principles.
• Ability to communicate in English and Estonian; Estonian citizenship required.
