Product Owner - Player Account Management

About the role

Playtech's IMS unit is looking for a Product Owner in Tartu to own the user-facing interfaces of the PAM (Player Account Management) product core, including the admin interfaces operators use to manage and understand their players. The role sits at the intersection of product, technology and client needs, working closely with development teams and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the user-facing interfaces in the PAM product core, including the admin interfaces used by operators.
• Work with two development teams, one in Estonia and one in Ukraine, to turn product requirements into quality features.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and another Product Owner to set priorities, build the product roadmap and drive the PAM product forward.
• Translate business requirements into backlog items such as epics and user stories, keep the backlog groomed and clarify priorities, scope and acceptance criteria.
• Be the first point of contact for product questions and make timely decisions to keep delivery moving.
• Work with UX, QA, support, operators and the content writing team so features are intuitive, usable and clear in their texts, labels and guides.
• Track feature usage and feedback, maintain product documentation and release information, and work with operators to turn their needs into improvements.
• Carry out analytical tasks when needed, combining business and technical input to support product decisions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar business role such as Business Analyst.
• Organised, persistent and curious, able to communicate priorities to teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Extra points for experience in the iGaming industry or user account management, and with back-office or admin interfaces and data-heavy UIs.

Required skills

• Some experience with analytics and BI tools.
• Hands-on experience building and working with AI agents, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria and verifying AI output.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases, and of cloud-based solutions.
• Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) and user account management experience are a bonus.
