About the role

TEHIK is looking for a legal professional who lives and breathes data protection, especially in the health and social sectors. The role is independent and responsible for shaping and developing the organisation's data‑protection practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management, internal teams and IT on data‑protection matters.
• Assess data‑protection risks and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor the lawfulness of data‑processing activities.
• Analyse legal questions related to health‑sector regulations.
• Handle inter‑institutional cooperation, contracts and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in law.
• Broad legal knowledge, including administrative law, tort law and health‑law frameworks.
• In‑depth understanding of GDPR and practical data‑protection implementation.
• Strong ability to evaluate legal and data‑protection risks and deliver actionable advice.
• Excellent legal writing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and independent decision‑making.
• Proven capability to collaborate with diverse specialists such as management, IT, product owners and health‑sector experts.
