Key Account Manager & Culinary Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager and Culinary Advisor to drive sustainable growth within the B2B foodservice sector. You will manage existing chef and foodservice operator relationships while actively prospecting new business across restaurants, hotels and quick‑service concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the current customer base using a multi‑touchpoint strategy (in‑person visits, digital channels, training and menu engineering).
• Identify, prospect and acquire new operators through cold calling, digital outreach, partner networks and on‑site visits.
• Execute the full sales cycle: preparation, opening, questioning, presenting, handling objections, closing and follow‑up.
• Conduct culinary activities such as product demos, sampling and menu consulting while adhering to HACCP and safety standards.
• Utilise CRM, social media, Power BI and other digital tools to track activity, analyse market potential and report performance.
• Monitor the assigned territory to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice.
• Fluency in Estonian and good command of English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally and hold a valid B‑category driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience.
