About the role
The Commercial Director will lead the regional commercial performance of the Accessories & Peripherals Business Unit across EMEA. You will manage sales and marketing budgets, guide regional sales teams, and deliver revenue, gross profit and margin targets through ASBIS local entities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the regional sales and marketing budget and all financial KPIs (revenue, gross profit, margin, sell‑out) across EMEA.
- Lead, coach and develop regional sales managers and their teams, set objectives and build succession.
- Define and execute the commercial and go‑to‑market strategy across distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts.
- Implement regional pricing, discount and promotion frameworks while protecting margin and price integrity.
- Drive sell‑out and stock rotation, flag ageing inventory and take corrective actions.
- Grow and manage strategic distributor, retailer and marketplace partnerships to expand distribution and premium placement.
- Report regional performance by brand, category, country and channel, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and country management to align commercial plans and budgets.
Required profile
- Senior commercial or sales leadership experience in IT, consumer electronics or accessories distribution, with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading multi‑country/EMEA sales teams and delivering revenue and gross‑margin growth.
- Strong expertise in channel and distribution management across distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts.
- Experience in pricing execution, commercial analytics and managing sales budgets.
- People leadership skills – building, developing and retaining high‑performing commercial teams.
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
