About the role

AgileWorks is looking for an experienced full‑stack software developer to join its Tallinn team. You will work on a variety of public‑ and private‑sector projects, gaining deep insight into client business processes while delivering high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and review code for web‑based applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and contribute to technical design.
• Participate in project planning, estimation and consulting activities.
• Write automated unit, integration and functional tests.
• Mentor junior developers and potentially take on lead‑developer or architect responsibilities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a software developer.
• Higher education in IT or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a team.
• Fluent in Estonian and English.

Required skills

• C# (or Java, Scala, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript).
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Automated testing (unit, integration, functional).
