About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to own and operate its football platform in Tallinn. You will lead the development of a vibrant local football community, leveraging a proven mobile‑app model to connect players and organise games.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the local player base through community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Secure venues and establish partnerships with local facilities.
• Recruit, train and manage Official Hosts who run the games on the ground.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a seamless game experience for participants.
• Collaborate with Stranger Soccer’s headquarters for technology, operational guidance and brand support.
