Litigation Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team in Tallinn. You will lead the judicial recovery of the company’s claims, handling all stages of court proceedings against debtors and contributing to our financial risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage payment order proceedings and civil litigation against debtors.
• Prepare and submit applications, statements of claim, responses, and other procedural documents to courts.
• Represent the company in court, presenting legal positions and arguments.
• Participate in bankruptcy proceedings, file claims, and liaise with bankruptcy trustees.
• Handle enforcement proceedings and coordinate with bailiffs.
• Analyze debt‑recovery legal matters and draft legal opinions.
• Collaborate closely with fellow lawyers, debt‑management specialists, and internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Previous experience in litigation and debt recovery.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Fluent in Estonian and at least intermediate Russian and English.
• Analytical mindset, independence, accuracy and initiative.
