Logistics Specialist

About the role

Stora Enso is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its Biomaterials logistics team in Tallinn. The role focuses on planning and booking operational logistics capacity to meet service level, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery targets while supporting the division’s sustainability and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage break‑bulk and container booking operations, including all related documentation.
• Oversee port operations to ensure shipments are executed according to plan.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on sea‑ and terminal‑related matters.
• Maintain logistics‑related IT systems and generate KPI reports.
• Support order fulfillment by troubleshooting and identifying alternative routing options.
• Check additional cost invoices, monitor demurrage, and report deviations.
• Participate in projects and propose improvements to contracts and processes.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and other logistics team members.
