Manual QA Specialist – Web & Mobile Testing

About the role

pawaTech is seeking a Manual QA Specialist to ensure the quality and performance of its betting platform. You will work closely with development and product teams to design, execute, and document tests for both web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
• Identify, document and report defects clearly using Jira.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date test documentation and test environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to improving test processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Manual testing tools and techniques.
• API testing with Postman and Swagger.
• SQL query writing for database verification.
• Issue tracking with Jira and test management with Zephyr.
• Version control navigation using Git.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana (optional).
• Experience with Requestly for request manipulation (optional).
