Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for Airobot, a fast‑growing company developing smart ventilation and indoor‑air‑quality solutions. You will own the brand’s presence in both domestic and export markets and work closely with sales and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the marketing plan across multiple channels while respecting the allocated budget.
• Maintain consistent and clear brand presentation on the website, social media, events and direct communications.
• Coordinate campaigns with distributors and partners, and develop B2B campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, messaging and ideas.
• Create engaging content for various platforms.
• Analyse the impact of marketing activities and identify new sales and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Several years of marketing experience.
• Team player who meets deadlines and sees the big picture.
• Strong command of Estonian and English, able to convey complex ideas simply.
• Comfortable using large language models and AI tools.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads and creating social‑media content.
