About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. You will engage customers by phone, understand their needs, and present our telecom products and services with a focus on delivering an excellent service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage telephone contacts with potential customers.
• Identify client needs through active listening and questioning.
• Present Telia’s products and services tailored to those needs.
• Prepare personalized offers and close sales.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Bold and driven, eager to grow beyond the comfort zone.
• Excellent communicator, attentive and consistent with customers.
• Solution‑oriented, non‑aggressive, and able to build trust.
• Team player with strong planning and independent work habits.
• Fluent in Estonian; good command of Russian and English.
• Completed secondary education.
