About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at Sparkup Tartu Science Park. The role focuses on coordinating activities of the Sparkup project team within international collaboration projects aimed at the defence industry and circular economy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, training sessions and mentorship programmes.
• Develop and manage the service for finding international partners for companies.
• Handle project documentation, budgets and reporting.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing and communication materials for the projects.
• Maintain communication with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a member of an international project team.
• Higher education degree.
• Strong planning, organisational and self‑management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creativity, problem‑solving mindset and interest in technology, science, entrepreneurship and international cooperation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with companies, partners and decision‑makers.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English at C1 level or higher.
