Partner Sales Manager

About the role

Southwestern Recruitment is recruiting a Partner Sales Manager for LEI System, an Estonian company that registers and manages Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) in 150+ jurisdictions. The LEI is a 20-character global identifier required by financial regulations such as MiFID II and EMIR. The role builds LEI System's partner sales from the ground up: the candidate will be one of the first two sales hires and help shape how the company sells.

Key responsibilities

• Find new partners worldwide and drive the sales cycle through to a signed contract
• Run product demos and negotiate with compliance, operations and IT decision-makers
• Onboard partners: account setup, first orders and agreement on API integration (IT support handles the technical side)
• Manage key account relationships, while day-to-day account management is handled by others
• Build outreach channels, target lists and messaging
• Forecast sales and report to management

Required profile

• B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or financial services to institutional clients
• Knowledge of the financial sector and its regulations, or the drive to learn them quickly
• A hunter mindset: comfortable with cold outreach and longer sales cycles
• Ability to talk to business, compliance and IT people alike
• Strong with numbers: thinks in margins and forecasts their own results
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
