Sales Manager - Insulation (Remote/Hybrid, Estonia)

About the role
Owens Corning's Paroc brand makes insulation materials that help reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. It is looking for a Sales Manager for its Insulation team in Estonia, working remotely or hybrid. The manager partners with the Baltics sales team to run the insulation strategy and owns the sales results in Estonia.
Key responsibilities
- Build confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders and understand their needs
- Provide consultative service and act as a key contact for architects, contractors and key customers
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities early in project development
- Implement sales plans focused on long-term pipeline growth to meet sales targets
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and competition
- Strengthen partnerships with commercial teams in the Baltics and Europe and support cooperation with marketing
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, sales or marketing
- 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in building or construction
- Strong background in value-based and consultative selling, and proven experience with long, complex project sales
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or building services
- Fluent Estonian and English; willing to travel domestically
- Proven network in the Estonian building market
Required skills
- Pipeline management: forecasting, prioritisation and opportunity tracking
- Reading and discussing technical and architectural drawings with engineers and prescribers (ventilated facades and roofs)
- AutoCAD or similar CAD software is an advantage
- Understanding of local building codes and energy-efficiency standards is an advantage
- Disciplined use of CRM in daily sales work
