Part‑time Sales Advisor (20 h/week)

About the role

As a Sales Advisor for COS you will be the friendly face welcoming customers and representing the brand’s elevated aesthetic. This part‑time role (20 hours per week) offers the chance to deliver high‑level service across the shop floor, cash desk and fitting rooms while contributing to a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and fashion advice.
• Operate the cash desk, manage fitting rooms and support customers throughout the store.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create moments that matter for shoppers.

• Adaptable, flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
• Proactive, action‑oriented and driven to achieve quality results.
• Strong communicator who listens actively and conveys information clearly.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and continuous development.
• Passionate about the COS brand and its collections.
• Available to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Estonian language at least B1 level; English is an asset.
