About the role

Everaus Kinnisvara is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the accounting function for its fast‑growing real‑estate development group. The role involves overseeing the bookkeeping, consolidation and financial reporting for multiple entities within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting for all group companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including IFRS‑based consolidated reports.
• Coordinate tax filings, audit preparation and liaison with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
• Participate in the development and optimisation of accounting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a chief or senior accountant.
• Strong knowledge of Estonian accounting standards, tax legislation and IFRS reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with consolidation and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking, precision and independence.
• Fluent Estonian and professional English communication skills.
