People Strategy and Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a People Strategy and Operations Lead to turn Bolt’s People strategy into measurable outcomes and scalable ways of working. Reporting to the VP of People, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology and analytics, partnering with People leaders, Finance and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate technology investments, manage vendor relationships and build business cases for People technology initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working through change management, enablement and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain KPI and goal‑setting frameworks to align People priorities with business outcomes.
• Partner with People leaders, Finance and FP&A on headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting and organisational reporting.
• Lead high‑priority People initiatives from scoping to delivery, implementation and impact measurement.
• Own the AI tooling roadmap, identifying, piloting and embedding solutions across recruiting, performance management, analytics, onboarding and HR operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing structured operating frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders across functions.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve team efficiency and scale HR operations.
