Personalipartner – Tähtajaline

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personalipartner to support our managers on a temporary basis while covering parental leave. The role combines HR advisory, recruitment coordination, and administrative oversight within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice to managers and develop practical solutions to personnel issues.
• Handle labor‑law questions and support managers in employee‑relations matters.
• Coordinate recruitment processes from needs analysis to onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of employment contracts and other HR documents.
• Participate in budgeting for personnel costs and monitor expenses.
• Maintain smooth HR processes and implement improvements when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in HR or personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and ability to apply it in real‑world situations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both employees and managers.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Independent work style with the ability to plan, set priorities and see solutions through.
• Fluent Estonian, with good English and Russian language skills.
