Portfolio Planning & Performance Analyst

About the role

Inbank is seeking a Portfolio Planning & Performance Analyst to shape the company’s credit and rental portfolios across the Group. Based in Tallinn, you will translate growth ambitions into financial forecasts and provide actionable insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategic plans for credit and rent portfolios, converting growth targets into forecasts for sales, portfolio development and product mix.
• Prepare short‑ to medium‑term forecasts and 3‑year strategic plans, aligning with Treasury, Commercial and Product teams.
• Analyse product‑level economics, identify trends, and highlight opportunities or risks.
• Use EVA and other risk‑adjusted profitability metrics to assess portfolio performance, risk‑return and capital efficiency.
• Model alternative growth, pricing, product mix and market scenarios to evaluate impact on profitability.
• Produce concise written commentary, executive‑level insights and recommendations for management.
• Provide guidance on portfolio growth, product mix and pricing, flagging performance issues early.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in portfolio management, financial modelling, planning & analysis, capital planning or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities combined with commercial thinking.
• Comfortable turning complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
