PPC Specialist - Google Ads
Clar · Tallinn Metropolitan Area
Job description
About the role
ClarClar is an international fintech company connecting consumers with banks and financial institutions across 14 markets in Europe, Latin America and Asia. It is looking for a PPC Specialist to join its paid acquisition team in Tallinn, managing Google Ads accounts for its brands and helping them grow. The role suits someone with solid hands-on Google Ads experience who wants more ownership, working closely with country managers, product and developers.
Key responsibilities
- Run Google Ads accounts end to end across Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen and App campaigns, from budgets and bidding to keywords, ads and assets.
- Set up Smart Bidding to optimise for goals, using conversion data from the company's own platform.
- Keep tracking healthy and catch problems early when something breaks.
- Analyse search terms to find wasted spend and build smarter negative keyword lists.
- Write and test ads for different markets within Google's financial services policies and local lending rules.
- Monitor pacing and results and act quickly when something moves.
- Partner with country managers, product and developers on landing pages and application flows, and share test ideas.
Required profile
- Around 2 years or more of hands-on Google Ads experience with real budgets, ideally in lead generation.
- Comfortable pulling your own numbers, checking them and explaining what happened.
- Attention to detail, double-checking changes before publishing and able to explain your thinking.
- Ownership: spotting opportunities without being asked and setting your own priorities.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Polish is a plus since many ads run in those languages.
Required skills
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App campaigns)
- Smart Bidding and conversion setup
- Nice to have: GA4, Google Tag Manager or offline conversion imports, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads experience
What we offer
- Manage your own accounts from early on, supported by a senior manager who reviews your work.
- Campaigns reaching people in several markets.
- Hybrid rhythm: three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday), two from home (Monday and Friday).
- International team working in English across Europe and Latin America.
To apply, send your resume via LinkedIn, optionally adding a few lines about an account or campaign you improved and how you knew it worked.
