VP of Marketing - Influencer Marketing Platform
Modash · Tallinn
Job description
About the role
Modash, an influencer marketing platform used by nearly 3,000 brands worldwide, is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead its Platform marketing. The company has grown to the point where it needs a leader who sets direction rather than adds hands, and it has the team and the budget. The role covers the Platform; API marketing is run separately today.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Platform marketing and the team behind it, setting targets, building the plan and measuring results, and deciding where to invest, what to wait on and what to stop.
- Lead 10-15 people across several teams, mainly through their leads: placing the right people in the right roles, hiring where there are gaps and growing the leads already present.
- Set the bar for editorial and creative work and turn product marketing into something Product and Sales rely on all year.
- Help shape growth beyond signups, such as growing account value and retention through upmarket moves and cross-selling.
- Run 1-1s with marketing team leads, coordinate with Sales on inbound demo requests, and review teams and initiatives with finance on next year's account value goals.
Required profile
- A track record of product marketing and creative work that resonated and delivered measurable results.
- A key marketing role in helping a company grow from roughly $20M toward $100M in revenue.
- Leadership of several marketing teams and their leads, including setting direction and developing people.
- Experience repositioning a product for larger customers or growing account value through cross-selling.
- Deep experience across more than one marketing channel (product marketing, ads, SEO/AEO, creator partnerships).
- Ability to build lasting collaboration across Marketing, Product and Sales, with clear writing and sound decision-making.
- No prior VP title required; a Head of Marketing or Director of Marketing in a scaling company fits well.
What we offer
- Fully remote work in Europe, with flexible hours and unlimited paid vacation.
- Salary of 140,000-180,000 EUR depending on location, employment type, skills and experience, plus stock options.
- Personal development budget for courses, books and conferences.
- Space to make decisions and regular team offsites.
