Product Design Manager – Incentives

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Product Design Manager to lead the design team across the Incentives portfolio – Bolt Plus, Rides Growth, Delivery Growth and Merchant Ads. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to define and execute a design strategy that aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and steer the vision for all incentives‑related surfaces across Rider, Driver, Food Consumer apps and client‑facing portals.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process for the Bolt Plus roadmap, delivering high‑quality design artefacts.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing design team across the three other domains.
• Develop and execute design strategies based on user research, business objectives and product metrics.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, brand and marketing leads to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines and pattern libraries to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Design Manager, preferably in growth teams of fast‑paced tech companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX work for products used by millions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow design teams, with excellent English communication.
• Hands‑on expertise with the Figma ecosystem for UI, prototyping and system design.
• Experience leveraging AI‑assisted tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.
