Staff Product Designer, Incentives

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead and execute all user experience and design initiatives within its Incentives group. You will own the brand-new Bolt Plus programme, scale it further and find new ways to engage customers with Bolt's services across business verticals and markets. You co-lead the vision, strategy and execution of Bolt's customer subscription and loyalty programmes, taking end-to-end ownership from discovery to global launch, and define roadmaps aligned with company goals and stakeholders in the Rides, Rentals and Delivery verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for the user, run usability tests and base design decisions on user research and feedback
• Work with User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers and others to understand project requirements and limitations
• Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability
• Manage design projects on schedule while balancing multiple tasks
• Contribute to or develop design guidelines and patterns for consistency across products
• Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that improve engagement and satisfaction

Required profile

• Staff Product Designer experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet company, with a track record of shipping digital products used by millions
• Experience designing for growth, incentives or subscription-based products, balancing user needs and business impact
• Excellent portfolio of mobile and web UI/UX design
• Fluent English and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
