Product Manager, Commercial Growth

About the role

Bob W is looking for a commercially‑focused Product Manager to own and grow direct bookings, loyalty adoption, and marketplace revenue. You will shape product journeys that turn website visitors into guests, guests into members, and stays into additional revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for website conversion, loyalty experience, and the services marketplace.
• Drive direct revenue growth by optimising booking funnels and increasing conversion rates.
• Increase loyalty programme adoption and repeat‑booking behaviour through improved digital experiences.
• Boost marketplace revenue by enhancing product discovery, attach rates, and launching new services.
• Define, track and analyse product metrics, using qualitative insights and funnel data to measure impact.
• Design, execute and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, to validate product decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ship high‑quality features.
• Collaborate with Commercial stakeholders to align on business goals and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, conversion, repeat behaviour, attach rate or margin.
• Proven track record of moving key business metrics and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong data literacy – comfortable analysing funnels, interpreting user behaviour and making decisions with imperfect data.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured product plans and drive execution.
