Product Manager – FinTech Expense Management Platform

About the role

Wallester is seeking a mid‑level Product Manager to drive the development of its expense‑management platform, which includes corporate cards, payments, IBAN accounts and compliance features. You will translate business ideas into clear product initiatives and ensure successful delivery from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define product scope by turning requests into detailed requirements, business context, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, maintain decision logs and keep the team aligned on blockers and next steps.
• Guide refinement and development, answering “what should this do?” and setting realistic MVP and iteration goals.
• Validate completed work against specifications, conduct user‑flow testing and make go/no‑go decisions for release.
• Prepare product documentation for governance, compliance and risk approvals.
• Lead alignment sessions across Product, Design, Development, Compliance, Risk and Operations to consolidate feedback.
• Review UI/UX mock‑ups, copy and guide designers to ensure a high‑quality user experience.
• Test features and user flows before they reach customers.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable product specifications.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and navigating regulated financial environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
