Product Manager, Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Payments platform within the Bolt marketplace ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver delightful payment experiences and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Payments, from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, engineers, and operations to prioritize initiatives.
• Own the commercial performance, KPIs, and financial targets of the Payments platform.
• Communicate product updates and changes clearly to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with overall company goals.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and payment operations.
• Hands‑on experience building, managing, and operating payment systems in high‑volume marketplace or similar environments.
• Excellent communicator who can work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable in agile, fast‑paced settings and able to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by solving complex problems.
