Project Finance Manager

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, is seeking a Project Finance Manager to oversee clinical project budgeting, negotiate and analyse budgets, and support proposals and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study budgets, including proposals and change order budgets for ongoing projects.
• Manage study budgets throughout the clinical project lifecycle, maintaining finance information in PSI internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and handling invoice requests.
• Prepare sponsor agreements and change orders, and develop payment schedules.
• Set up and maintain project‑specific timesheets, reconciling actual versus budgeted costs regularly.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum three years’ experience in project budgeting and financial analysis within a CRO environment.
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications and advanced use of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to produce accurate, timely reports and work under pressure while multitasking.
• Capability to train colleagues and collaborate with all departments and sponsors.
