Project Manager – Digital Identity Technologies

About the role

Cybernetica is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing Digital Identity Technologies department in Tallinn or Tartu. The company provides certifiable solutions for authentication and digital signatures based on fundamental research, and develops software, analysis and client advice around digital identity. The project manager ensures smooth, systematic planning and management of software development and digital identity projects from start to finish, working with a team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage software development projects
• Ensure regular progress and delivery according to the agreed schedule
• Manage the project team
• Manage expectations and changes in an ongoing project
• Manage the customer relationship, communicate with the customer and identify customer needs
• Prepare project documentation and bids for tenders

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects
• Previous customer relationship management experience
• Higher education
• Excellent spoken and written English; Estonian is a plus
• A certified project manager with PRINCE2, PMP-ACP or PMP is an advantage
