Project Manager – Energy Sector Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects for clients in the energy sector. You will shape project scope, make key decisions, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives while collaborating with both business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of project delivery, managing timeline, budget and business alignment.
• Define and challenge scope to support intended outcomes.
• Manage changes, priorities and trade‑offs with clients, ensuring transparent impact on delivery.
• Maintain clear stakeholder alignment on deliverables, rationale and compromises.
• Balance progress with quality, stability and customer impact.
• Lead the delivery team daily, set priorities, clarify responsibilities and drive execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies and gaps early, providing concrete resolution options.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and align business and delivery perspectives.
• Facilitate meetings and governance focused on decisions, clarity and next steps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT, digital or transformation projects with responsibility for delivery, budget and schedule.
• Background in business analysis, QA or similar roles with strong involvement in requirements and delivery decisions.
• Ability to connect scope, requirements and delivery choices to business value.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence in making trade‑offs and judgement calls.
• Clear, structured communication with both clients and delivery teams.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.
• Bonus: experience in the energy sector, ERP/CRM implementations, or senior stakeholder management.
