Risk Manager – Risk Data & Monitoring

About the role

As a Risk Manager in the Risk Data and Monitoring Unit, you will support SEB’s mission to deliver safe and sustainable banking services across the Baltics. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to aggregate, analyse and improve risk data, ensuring that management receives accurate and timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end risk data aggregation, coordinating inputs from various risk types and stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced risk monitoring analyses and synthesize trends to inform senior management dialogue.
• Drive data‑quality improvement initiatives across risk areas.
• Develop and coordinate risk data content for internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with business units, Risk Management units and central functions on risk data and monitoring topics.
• Design and implement enhancements to risk data and monitoring frameworks.

Required profile

• Broad understanding of risk data interdependencies across risk areas.
• Ability to lead complex analytical topics and translate findings into management‑relevant conclusions.
• Strong stakeholder dialogue skills and influence in risk data discussions.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional risk data initiatives.
• High level of professional judgement and a commitment to capability building.
• University degree.
