Senior Brand Manager

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will own the local brand plans and tactics for assigned brands. The role translates international and regional frameworks into local brand strategies, manages omnichannel campaigns and stakeholder journeys, and supports the cross-functional brand team (TA, Medical, Value & Access). It is based in Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio lifecycle management, identify growth opportunities and competitive risks, and support objectives for assigned brands
• Translate international and regional frameworks into local tactics, including objectives, stakeholder audiences, key messages, omnichannel journeys and execution focus
• Execute local brand tactical plans and omnichannel campaigns, optimise the marketing mix and monitor impact
• Manage external stakeholder segmentation and prioritisation, train TA reps on message and tactics, and support patient activation and patients' services and solutions
• Support forecasting of brand performance and cost estimates, and lead brand/product tactic execution including launch readiness reviews
• Represent the country in regional and global brand forums and maintain partnerships with agencies and external partners under approved standards
• Manage the brand budget and tactical programmes, generate insights from market research and performance data, and oversee brand materials in line with global guidance
• Conduct regular on-site visits to external stakeholders, including country medical experts
• Work in line with HQ guidance, Novartis policies, ethical standards, local regulations and compliance obligations

What we offer

• Base pay starting from 42k to 79k
