Senior FP&A Lead, Planning & Modelling

About the role

Bolt is building the future of urban mobility. As the Senior FP&A Lead – Planning & Modelling you will be one of the first dedicated finance professionals in the Micromobility business, responsible for shaping financial planning, scenario modelling and business steering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master forecast as the single source of truth, delivering monthly top‑down updates and periodic bottom‑up planning cycles, including the annual budget and CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Build and maintain fully integrated three‑statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with operational drivers, monitor key KPIs and surface risks and opportunities.
• Challenge assumptions, model business plans and provide financial framing for commercial decisions at country, city and product level; evaluate business cases and investment proposals.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models to assess strategic trade‑offs and translate outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Produce a decision‑focused monthly management report and ensure the integrity and usability of financial outputs for leadership.
• Coordinate with Bolt Group FP&A on planning assumptions, consolidation inputs and reporting standards, ensuring accurate and timely contribution to group cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a track record of acting as a financial business partner to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Experience building and maintaining three‑statement financial models and conducting scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
