Senior FP&A Manager (Remote)

About the role

Wildix is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to build and lead its financial planning and analysis function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will design financial models, forecasting processes, and performance‑management frameworks that enable data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial plan, linking operational drivers to revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Develop driver‑based ARR and revenue models covering new business, expansion, churn, pricing and partner activity.
• Create a SaaS performance framework that tracks retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, Rule of 40 and R&D investment outcomes.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, explain variances and recommend actions to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product/R&D and other leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and support ROI‑based investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis for pricing, hiring, market, product and growth investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building FP&A functions in high‑growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work with cross‑functional teams.
