Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to design, launch and scale integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline for our sales‑led growth motion. You will own campaigns end‑to‑end and bring cross‑functional teams together around clear strategy, timelines and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated campaign strategy and execution from brief to post‑campaign reporting.
• Build and maintain detailed campaign plans covering timelines, budgets, deliverables, owners and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Web, Events, Content and Sales—to ensure consistent messaging, audience targeting and asset delivery.
• Partner with Paid Media to select channels, define audience targeting and manage budget pacing across search, social and display.
• Work with Lifecycle and Email teams to design nurture sequences and campaign‑specific communications.
• Collaborate with Web, Events and Content teams on landing pages, forms, conversion optimisation, webinars, blog posts and guides.
• Track engagement, pipeline attribution and revenue impact; report results and recommend optimisations for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling integrated B2B campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
• Strong ability to own end‑to‑end campaign execution and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, marketing, sales and operations teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and translating insights into action.
