About the role

As a Senior People Business Partner at Bolt, you will shape and execute the people strategy for a fast‑growing business area, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s ambitious mobility goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using data‑driven insights to design scalable solutions that support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that support business priorities and long‑term success.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and development initiatives to enable effective scaling.
• Coach leaders through change, fostering high‑performance teams and strong employee engagement.
• Analyse people data and organisational insights to identify challenges and guide evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Drive talent development programmes, including succession planning and capability building.
• Collaborate with Regional People teams and Centres of Expertise to implement core programmes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, international or technology‑focused organisations.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
