Senior Product Designer

About the role

Wrike is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its international Product Design team. You will own a product mission, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and use AI as a creative partner throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product design strategy by aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Create end‑to‑end design artifacts, from low‑fidelity wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes and technical diagrams.
• Conduct and apply customer research early in the product lifecycle to validate concepts.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and customer success to ensure designs translate accurately into shipped features.
• Improve design tools, processes, and standards for the broader team.
• Break down silos and facilitate cross‑team collaboration when complex problems arise.

Required profile

• Solid, real‑world experience in human‑centered product design.
• Comfortable moving across fidelity levels, from rough sketches to polished mockups.
• Hands‑on experience with customer research methods and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI tools into research, prototyping, and iteration while recognizing their limitations.
