Senior Product Designer

About the role

RemoFirst is building an all‑in‑one global HR platform that simplifies hiring, compliance, payroll and benefits. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape intuitive, high‑impact interfaces that help customers onboard and interact with AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user and business research to uncover needs, especially around onboarding journeys.
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design and iterate UI for AI feature interactions, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
• Test designs with real users, gather feedback and refine navigation and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to guarantee design feasibility and implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional product design experience, preferably in tech‑focused startups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design solutions and successful product launches.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end design processes from research to delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, accessibility and responsive design.
