Senior Product Designer – Rider Incentives

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the incentives experience across Bolt’s rider and driver apps. You will shape how campaigns, promotions, and Bolt Plus benefits are communicated from discovery to post‑ride moments, ensuring clarity, consistency, and motivation in a two‑sided marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate the end‑to‑end incentives and Bolt Plus experience for both riders and drivers.
• Translate complex campaign, engagement, and subscription flows into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Incentives, Bolt Plus, Pricing, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to guarantee feasibility and high‑quality execution.
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency across home, pricing, order flow, in‑ride, and post‑ride states.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business metrics behind campaigns, loyalty, and subscriptions.
• Interdisciplinary, design‑led thinker comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UI craftsmanship and the ability to raise the craft bar.
• Effective communicator in English, able to pitch design vision through storytelling backed by user research.
• Experience working in complex, two‑sided systems and delivering high‑impact design solutions.
