Short Video Editor (Lühivideote monteerija)

About the role

We are looking for a talented short‑video editor to create engaging social‑media content for Estonia’s largest brands and international clients. You will join a youthful, fast‑growing creative agency and help elevate video assets to the next level.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and edit raw footage, add subtitles, graphics, sound design and colour grading.
• Develop custom video styles and experiment with AI‑powered editing tools.
• Collaborate with team members, provide feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Adapt edits to client briefs across formats such as TikTok clips, podcast‑style ads and other short‑form videos.

Required profile

• Energetic, creative and willing to take initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to suggest improvements beyond basic instructions.
• Open to continuous learning and feedback.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Video editing (cutting, sequencing, transitions).
• Motion graphics and animation.
• Colour grading.
• Familiarity with AI video‑editing platforms.
