Social Media Manager (Instagram) – Part-Time Remote

About the role

We are looking for a self‑sufficient Social Media Manager to own and grow MICI’s Instagram account (@mici_store_official). Working fully remotely, you will plan, create and publish visual content that reflects the brand’s minimalist, premium aesthetic, either on a full‑time or part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand values.
• Produce photos, reels and stories, write engaging captions and optimise posts for reach.
• Monitor trends, adapt them to MICI’s style and implement them in content.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate insights and refine the strategy.
• Collaborate on product launches, campaigns and partnership initiatives to drive traffic to mici.store.

Required profile

• Based in the EU or the UK.
• Proven experience managing Instagram for fashion, lifestyle or premium brands, with demonstrable growth examples.
• Strong visual sensibility and ability to work independently without hand‑holding.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom and CapCut (or equivalents).
• AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E) and video tools (Runway, Sora, Kling).
• AI copywriting assistants (ChatGPT, Claude).
