About the role

As a Sorter at Stora Enso’s Imavere sawmill, you will ensure that the material moving through the production line meets quality standards and is correctly sorted according to detailed instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of material on the production line.
• Sort material based on provided guidelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn on the job under the guidance of a trainer.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle routine tasks.
• Technical aptitude and basic knowledge of production processes.
• Team‑player mindset focused on shared goals.
• Readiness to work in rotating shifts (morning 07:00‑16:30 or evening 16:30‑02:00) while keeping some free days during the week for personal matters.
