Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Stoneridge is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to keep its supply chains running smoothly and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. You will coordinate material availability across production, manage demand forecasts, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer demand data, including forecasts, orders, and delivery schedules within the ERP system.
• Monitor changes in customer demand and communicate promptly with production planning teams.
• Coordinate delivery plan adjustments with customers and support discussions to reach mutually acceptable solutions.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation within customer portals and relevant systems.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to production status, order fulfillment, and deliveries.
• Support short‑ and long‑term production planning activities and contribute to other supply chain initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational or higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B customer service experience.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in Estonian and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; JDE experience is an advantage.
