Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Recruitment

About the role

Milrem Robotics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment projects worldwide. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring senior engineering and technology talent for advanced robotics and autonomous systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for international positions, from requisition to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, building pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and critical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical challenges and advise on hiring needs.
• Shape and continuously improve the company’s recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Represent Milrem Robotics at relevant recruitment events and networking activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting senior engineering or technology roles.
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical conversations and assess expertise beyond job titles.
• Experience in international hiring environments, especially in robotics, defence, automotive, aerospace or similar sectors.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, capable of influencing and constructively challenging hiring decisions.
